Saw the new Harry Potter movie last night, and it was AWESOME. Everything I wanted and more! As true to the book as they could make it in 2+ hours (was it longer? it flew by, to me). I was absolutely gobsmacked that some of the new scenery (Ministry of Magic and Order Headquarters) looked exactly the way I imagined they would look. And I do mean EXACTLY.
Casting perfect. Acting great (except I still think Emma Watson needs to slow down and e-n-u-n-c-i-a-t-e already). Cinematography and effects superb. Overall, probably the best HP film to date, IMO. I would have gladly sat through an additional hour or two.
Will go see it again, only next time show up early for better seats. Crummy front row. *grumble grumble*
