So, I am pleased to officially report that John got the Post Office job! He's been wanting this for a long time and has been waiting for the call since December. He gets to start out slow, just like everyone else (Saturdays only as a full-time carrier and substitute throughout the week as needed), but he talked to his current boss about working out a schedule so he can stay employed here during the week. I have confidence that, in time, he'll move right on up to Postmaster! Heck... John for President!!!!!!!
ALSO someday he will get to wear those cute lil mailman shorts. *hammina-hammina*
